Grand Tetons - dispersed camping July 10th-14th - Bridger–Teton National Forest (Wyoming)

Love the reflection bouncing off the water at Jackson Lake. Our first full day in the Grand Tetons included hiking at Jenny Lake, swimming, and exploring downtown Jackson Hole. Stella had been asking for sushi and finally got her wish....sushi for dinner. Fun day!
A butterfly found a nice resting spot on Stella's hand.
After the hike we cooled off with a nice swim at Jenny Lake. These pictures do no justice of of these emerald green and turquois blue waters with visibility of more than 25 feet and snowcapped mountains as a back drop!
How about that! A moose sighting at moose pond!
Beatiful views along the hike!!
Set out on our hike from Jenny Lake up to "moose pond". Notice the views of the Grand Tetons over Colby's shoulder.
Spectactular views of the Grand Tetons from the dispersed area we were camping at.
July 11th - kids played outside the camper before we heading out on a hike. Lots of dirt to play in!
Set up and had a fire our first night.
Luckily we were able to find a more secluded spot (site#65) that would accommodate our 5th wheel. This is a popular dispersed camping area and sites fill up fast (first come basis). Saw several campers pull in that had a hard time finding a designated camping spot.
We left West Yellowstone for our next destination, arriving around 5pm in a dispersed camping area near the Grand Tetons - Bridger–Teton National Forest (Wyoming). Bridger–Teton National Forest. The forest consists of 3.4 million acres (14,000 square kilometers), making it the third largest National Forest outside Alaska.
