Feeding the dogs

A few weeks ago Stella discovered (and probably tasted) the dogs' food.

Today she found that if she put some dog food on the ground, the dogs would eat it.

She fed Gus the entire bowl of dog food a handful of kibble at a time.

Gus quickly found that he wasn't allowed to get food from the bowl himself when Stella grabbed his ear. Max observed from a safer distance after she gave his ears a good tug when he went for the bowl.

First Popsicle

It is a beautiful May afternoon. Stella is taking advantage of the nice weather and is playing outside.

She tried her first summertime Popsicle.

At first she didn't seem to like the cold Popsicle...maybe a little too icy. But, after a few tries, she really liked it.

It's hard to tell, but that is the Popsicle stick in her mouth.
