June 19th-22nd - Mackinaw Mill Creek Campground, Mackinac City, MI

After the storms passed, we had nice sunny weather for the rest of our stay. The kids participated in a karate class, via Zoom. And got to get more swimming in. 

Thunder storms rolled in our first evening, dropping 4 1/2 inches of rain. We spent much of the next day watching movies and taking care of shopping, laundry, etc. The kids did go in the pool, but didn’t last long. 

Add Michigan to our road map! 

Nice XL site - plenty of space and privacy. Our favorite campground so far on this journey. Felt like Grand Lake in a way.

Brats and smoked wings for Father's Day dinner! 

Left Bay City and traveled 75 Northbound to Mackinac City, Michigan. Before arriving at the campground, we picked up lunch and stopped in Nowichi's Sausage for some brats and smoked wings to go.
