At times, the mill was rigged to power a sawmill, a cotton gin, a trip hammer, and supplied electric lights for the mill and Rice home in 1899.
Joe, Colby & Stella out for a walk along the Clinch River inside the State Park. Norris Dam State Park sits on more than 4,000 acres located on Norris Reservoir.

Stella Mae Baker – 4/16/14 9:54pm 8lbs. 12oz 21 inches. Stella means star in Italian and Mae means beautiful in Celtic/Gaelic. She’s our beautiful little star.
