Palisade, Colorado for PEACHES! July 19th, 2022

Finally......been awile since we have had the best peaches on the planet, a Palisade Peach!! This was a must do stop on the way to Buena Vista! Yum!!!!

Kids did a good job coloring while Mom and Dad did a wine sampling at St.Catherine Winery.

Stopped in Palisade for peaches. Not just any peach, but a Palisade Peach!

Moab, Utah cont. July 16th-19th, 2022

Although the temperature was over 100° during our time in Moab, we still enjoyed our stay! Spent our time checking out Arches National Park, Petroglyps, swimming at the campground and walking around the downtown. Colby and Joe were last in Moab, in 2009 or 2010, so it was interesting to see how the city has grown.

Taken around 10pm....hard to tell from the picture of how many stars that could be seen.

Joe went back over to Arches in the evening, when the temperature dropped to take pictures and hike up to Delicate Arch.

July 18th - short drive over to Petroglyps.

Temperatures were over a 100° so we took a quick hike up to Double Arches, where we spent some time enjoying the shade under the arches. The kids didn't care for the hot temperatures.

We did a short hike around Balance Rock.

July 17th - visit to Arches National Park. Foster wins the award for best pose!

July 16th, 2022 - next stop: Moab, Utah.

Arrived at our campsite, Sun Outdoors North Moab mid afternoon allowing plenty of time to swim.

Scenic drive to Moab....mixture of blue sky, thick white fluffy clouds and a storm in horrizon made for a nice picture.

July 14th-16th, 2022. Next state on our journey - Herber City, Utah!

Relaxing and much needed change during our two night stay at Mountain Valley RV Resort. Up there as our favorite campground that we've ever stayed. Spent most of our time enjoying the heated pools and spa!

This was our favorite campground that we stayed in so far....Mountain Valley RV Resort, Herber City, Utah. Voted #1 RV luxury resort in the United States. No bugs, paved roads, lush green sites and three heated pools and hot tubs.....made for a relaxing and enjoyable two night stay!

Lush green grass at our site! This was a welcome change after spending four nights on a dirt site. Generator issues forced us a change plans from more dispersed camping to full hookup. Everyone enjoyed this stop!

Left the Grand Tetons and onto our next stop 311 miles to Herber City, Utah. Mountain Valley RV Resort.

July 13th, 2022 - Grand Tetons, Jackson Hole (Our Journey)

Our last full day in the Grand Tetons/Jackson Hole included a scenic bike ride, a horse and buggy ride through town, and walking around Jackson. This was such a pretty area and probably our favorite so far for scenery...blue skys and soaring snowcapped mountains that rise into the clouds!
